#SuriyaNa ❤️ Sorry for my earlier negative tweet regarding #Karuppu. But seeing these massive bookings once again reminds everyone who you truly are in the South Indian film industry. There was no one before you, and there will be no one after you… because you are the one and only #TheOne 🔥🔥🔥🔥 In my family, many people keep asking me, "Why are you still following #Suriya at this age? Just focus on your business and move on." But some things in life can never be changed — my love and respect for you and your movies is one among them. ❤️ I was once a small part of the film industry for 3 years. I even joined a film institute to study cinematography because cinema was always my dream. Before the course had even started, they conducted a photography contest… and I won 2nd place. The biggest happiness for me was receiving that award from the hands of your father, Sivakumar sir himself. 🥹❤️ That moment is still one of the most emotional and unforgettable memories of my life. Later, along with my batchmates, I got an opportunity to cover the audio launch event of the movie Mr. Chandramouli where you came as the chief guest. We were taking photographs for the event, and that was the first time I got to see you so closely in real life. ❤️ Even today, I can still remember that excitement and nervous feeling standing there with the camera in my hand, watching someone whom I had admired for years standing just a few feet away from me. 🥹 Life changed later, and now I’m fully focused on running my own business and responsibilities. But even today, whenever your movie succeeds, it genuinely feels like a personal victory in my life. ❤️ You may never read this tweet. You may never even know that a fan like me exists somewhere in the crowd. But still, I wanted to post this… because some emotions are too pure to keep inside, even if they never reach the person directly. ❤️ That connection, that emotion, that inspiration… it can never be explained to others. For some people, you are just an actor. But for people like me who grew up watching you, admiring your journey, and finding motivation through your films -you are much more than that. 🙏❤️ No matter where life takes me, one thing will never change -I will always remain your fanboy forever, #SuriyaNa. 🦁🔥 #Karuppu

Indian films that went on to become industry hits or mega blockbusters have one thing in common "Think Local, Go Global." But in the Indian context, perhaps the saying should be "Think Local, Go Pan Indian." If we look at the box office trends, a majority of films that were conceived and marketed as Pan Indian projects right from the beginning have struggled to deliver the expected results. Films like (Thugs of Hindostan, Kanguva, Toxic, The Paradise and many others) are examples worth discussing. The problem is that filmmakers seem to be prioritising the Pan Indian tag over the actual content. They focus more on creating a larger than life image, assembling a star cast with nationwide appeal and planning multi language releases than on building a compelling story rooted in their own culture. Look at the films that genuinely broke language barriers (Enthiran,Baahubali,Kantara,Dhurandhar,Pushpa and many more). They didn't achieve success by trying too hard to appeal to every audience. They stayed true to their roots, embraced their regional identity and delivered something audiences connected with. Their universal emotions, strong storytelling and cultural authenticity eventually transcended language barriers. Pan Indian success should be the result of a film's reach, not the starting point of its ambition. Make a film that resonates deeply with its local audience first. If the content has the power to connect with audiences beyond its boundaries, the rest will follow. Don't make a Pan Indian film just to become Pan Indian. Make a great film that deserves to be Pan Indian.

Literally tired of the forced cameos and reference scenes in recent movies. Filmmakers are constantly trying to sell them in the name of scene elevation, fan service, nostalgia blah, blah, blah Honestly, none of it has worked for me, except for the #Rolex cameo. I've always believed that when a director has to rely on an actor's previous movie songs, iconic scenes, or callbacks to manufacture a high moment, it reflects a lack of originality and creative conviction.A great filmmaker creates iconic moments and that moments will last forever and will be etched in our memories for long time.
My feeling is that #Scene will be a proper standalone film without all that cameo/reference slop. TBH, South Indian cinema desperately needs fresh commercial films, and here's hoping this is the reset we need.🤞

First movie itself #Scene 🤩
Very positive early signs. Could Tamil Nadu very soon match the FDFS show times of all other states of India? 🤩

Seruppadi to all the woke shits who cooked up their own perceptions, let their imaginations run wild, and vomited their opinions all over X, Insta and FB, acting like some all knowing intellectuals who know everything about this couple. These current gen kids can’t seem to think beyond their own narrow perspectives. They’re always looking for faults in everything they see, judging people based on their own assumptions, and acting like they know the entire story.
