Today is my last day at Netlify! it's been a very very good run, and I am going to miss everyone - great team, great product, great 4 years, but I decided it was time 4 a break. No new job yet - pls don't ask - it'll be a few months. Gonna rest, ride my bike, write, and reset 🌈

I am going on a celebratory/memorial bike ride tomorrow for victims and survivors such as myself of vehicular violence. this marks the beginning of a new phase of my life where I begin actively supporting survivors and campaigning for change. more soon. #pedalpalooza

this isn't about saving children, if it were, we'd have the supreme court enacting protective orders: against guns, against poverty, against exploitation, for food, welfare, schooling, health, diapers, vouchers, help that actually DOES SOMETHING TO SAVE CHILDREN
i understand statements like 'protesting doesn't change anything'. I don't agree, but even if that's true - it'll make you feel less alone, less hopeless. do it. put your mask on and get into the streets.

one thing many people don't know is that yes, you can, as a pedestrian or cyclist, be found "at fault" for even the most serious accidents when you are hit by a car. The police report is generally always written from the driver's point of view. #bikesafety
