Ukrainian journalists on Nov. 2 appealed to their international colleagues to keep Russian aggression in the spotlight and to urge their leaders not to appease Moscow.
“We speak to you from a country where every morning begins with checking whether our families and friends are still alive. This appeal is a desperate attempt to warn you," journalists said in a video appeal.

⚡️ Russian attacks across Ukraine kill 38, injure 158, as Russia hits Dnipro hospitals in morning missile strike.
The Air Force said Russia launched an unspecified number of ballistic missiles, including the Iskander-M, North Korean KN-23, and Zircon types, in addition to 59 cruise missiles and 289 attack drones against Ukraine overnight, mostly targeting Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Vinnytsia oblasts.

Russia attacked 8 regions of Ukraine, striking energy infrastructure and a hospital.
At least 89 people were injured, and 1 person was killed.
A direct hit damaged the passage between hospital buildings in Kharkiv, and more than 220 patients were evacuated. Fires broke out at critical infrastructure facilities, and large parts of the Vinnytsia and Zhytomyr regions were left without power.

On November 3, a hospice in Dnipro housing nearly 100 elderly and seriously ill patients came under attack.

With EU funding, @people_in_need and its partner SADA established 150 Community-Based Education classes, serving 5,250 children.

Indeed! For children affected by conflict and hardship, education is about more than textbooks and lessons. They also need opportunities to play, connect with others, and express themselves.
Through a project implemented by @people_in_need and SADA, funded by 🇪🇺 @eu_echo, play-based psychosocial activities help children in #Afghanistan work together, build confidence, express themselves, and enjoy time with their classmates.
