The Russian Presidential Administration oversees a team of hundreds, including MGIMO alumni and Foreign Ministry staff who fabricate stories in multiple languages and pass them off as Western media reports.
Designers create deepfakes, while political strategists and professional propagandists use AI to identify each country’s most sensitive issues and make their disinformation as politically effective as possible.“

‼️ Right now, some staffer is waking Putin up with excellent news: green light from Washington. Trump squandered a golden opportunity to bring peace to Ukraine. The White House just issued a waiver of each of the sanctions, tariffs, and restrictions in the Graham sanctions bill that became law last month.
Tonight, Trump gives war a green light, and Ukrainians will pay for that with their lives.
Each of us must call our members of Congress and tell them what we demand they do: publicly oppose these waivers, and pass a law that requires the sanctions to take effect. And this time — no waivers.

In Ukraine’s Kherson, a Russian drone deliberately hunted down an ordinary market vendor. The attack left the 52-year-old man with injuries and a concussion.
This is a deliberate campaign of terror against innocent civilians. The world must not accept this as normal. Stronger pressure on Russia is needed right now. These crimes must not go unanswered.
