It takes a lot to make me cry injustice. But @ThisIsGMC knew Denalis had a problem with power steering dying in transit—and decided to pay for fixes as needed rather than warn customers. 1 month before engine on our @ThisIsGMC #GMCyukon failed, the power steering motor went, leaving wife+kids on side of road an hour from home at midnight. Dealer said @GM knew, but decided to fix only if cars brought in for repair. @GM knew, @mtbarra, and did nothing.

So, if @GM and @ThisIsGMC knew power steering motors on #GMCYukon were faulty, and did nothing, how does that jibe with @mtbarra 's "if you see something, say something" edict to employees? qz.com/217245 More like "shhhhh...don't tell anyone!"
