Bought a @drtrustisin nebulizer for my child on 30 Sept and it’s already dead in under 3 months. Customer ‘care’ looked at a WhatsApp video and magically decided the medicine chamber is at fault and not covered under warranty, and now wants me to buy a new chamber

No transparency on how they diagnosed the issue, no guarantee a new chamber will fix it, zero accountability for a pediatric medical device. Shocking standards from @DrTrustIndia for something parents rely on in emergencies
