Durham Cathedral, candle-lighting, prayers and reflection at St Cuthbert's resting place for strength and renewal. Very poignant.
Visiting family in my home town of Sunderland. The park of my childhood! And many fond memories of playing on the cannon. Being 250 miles away from Birmingham and by the sea is very therapeutic, and just what I need for the next few days!

Wonderful compassion being shown by a London Paramedic towards his patient on BBC1 Ambulance, talking/exploring what support they may need with their mental health. A credit to himself and his service.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them. We will remember them.
