The second round of #UNCLOS conciliation talks between Cambodia and #Thailand concluded on a constructive note in The Hague on 18 October. The agreement on confidence-building measures marks a positive step towards strengthening mutual trust and supporting continued dialogue. The Commission has also encouraged both countries to fully implement previously agreed bilateral measures. #Cambodia remains committed to working towards a peaceful, equitable and mutually beneficial resolution in accordance with international law.
