Things did get out of hand and there were instances that emotions got ahead of us and the conversations became heated and personal, resulting to arguments that strayed from the main concern. We apologize for any disturbances caused and showed unkind behavior. We are also reflecting on our actions to avoid repeating the same situation in the future. Disclaimer: this post doesn't intend to cancel or cause harm to the parties involved. We don't encourage attacking the other party and avoid naming anyone for the sake of privacy and respect to them. Please don't come at them and engage with bad intentions. Rest assured that we will not stop doing what we started as a voting team, and we will be the same EVOLution PH that you know.

6. There is a fine line between criticism and harassment. We welcome constructive criticism but do not accept aggression towards our admins. Feedback can be given respectfully, and rudeness does not equate to critique. 7. We condone any hate or unruly behavior towards us, the admins and other fanbases. We don't tolerate any hostility or disrespect because no one deserves to be treated that way. Any concerns and questions are always open for discussion in a respectful manner. Please refrain from badmouthing, backstabbing, and spreading false narratives towards EVOLution PH, XLOV Global, XLOV Support and other fanbases, and ultimately twisting our words against us. 8. We value every project undertaken by our fanbases. Each effort is significant and every reason for doing the project has been clearly laid out to the public, and any concerns regarding these initiatives are appreciated. We don't appreciate any person that undermines and belittle the projects made by the fanbases. 9. We always have iterated that music shows is a gamble. Our role as a voting team involves predicting rankings and potential outcomes based on available data, provided by accounts like the Kpop Show Analysis. It is important to consider our current standings and how we can enhance them moving forward. Every prediction, every music show and each of the nominations have plenty of discussions and reflections. We have emphasized that our fandom is small with a small population that are dedicated to vote and stream, thus the need for every EVOL to move as one and be strategic on what we are focusing on 10. We listen and we see your intentions. As previously stated, certain nominations require prioritization based on credibility and validation. We will not promote nominations without sufficient evidence of their legitimacy. So, if we can get more evidence that a certain nomination is true and legit, we can discuss our next move before we promote it to our page. These steps are necessary as we know that not everything wesee in social media is believable. There are also nominations that are being labeled as not a priority due to limited resources. 11. We have never closed our doors to any suggestions and concerns about votings and promotions. Any feedback about our management are welcome as we aim to improve and carry out our goals more efficiently. All we ask is respect when engaging in conversations in order for both parties to create healthy discussions. We feel hurt and insulted by recent events. This is a concern affecting not only EVOLution PH but also our co-fanbase. Harassment in any form is unacceptable and no one should experience what happened.

5. Comparing us to other fandoms that has bigger voting teams and resources. We have always emphasized that we don't have to compare ourselves with other fandoms because our voting prowess isn't on par with them. Unlike us, they can simultaneously vote and promote for these types of votings mainly because they have many voting teams and dedicated voters that can afford to focus on a lot of nominations. We remain transparent about our views and would like to clarify our stance further. 1. Other than social media posts and a few kind words for the winner, we see little potential benefit for XLOV. Every year, there's a lot of Top 100 poll going on with different categories, but the excitement often fades swiftly. We lack satisfactory evidence that winners actually receive trophies. 2. We can achieve greater visibility for XLOV through alternative channels, including promotions on apps such as Kooky, Starvibe, FandomShip, DuckAd, Podoal, etc. These platforms offer more substantial advertising opportunities compared to the Top 100 polls. 3. We, as a fanbase, have never shunned anyone, regardless of gender or identity, who inquires about our voting and promotion activities for XLOV. We acknowledge that some DMs may go unanswered due to high volumes and some DMs are prioritized first. Even before we reply, we consult the opinions of other member of the voting team in order to give you constructive information. Nevertheless, we are not, in any way, queerphobic and hateful towards anyone and our admins have utmost love and respect to the community. 4. There is mutual respect among fanbases, and spreading hate and misinformation between fanbase is not true. There is no bad blood between the fanbase and the fanbase admins. Every comeback requires collaborative effort together, each one of us carried out our roles successfully. We are always in contact with other fanbase regarding your concerns, but the admins have limited availability due to personal commitments. But that doesn't mean they are ignoring other fanbase. We are all short-staffed and most admins have lives, jobs, studies, or personal matters that need to be put first. We ask for your understanding that admins are also humans trying to juggle their personal lives and their fanbase duties. 5. While we acknowledge that we face resource limitations, EVOLution PH has recently expanded our team. However, new members cannot always be present due to their personal obligations. It is essential for all admins to also prioritize their mental well-being and take necessary breaks. Thus, we also emphasized that sometimes replies are slow and cannot answer your questions on the dot. The admins are human too with lives to live outside the fandom. There may be lapses on our duties as a voting team, but this doesn't mean we are neglecting our responsibilities . The admins are doing the best they can to continue their commitment on what they started.
