I’ve said before, but just for the record, I’ll say it again: 1. Anyone whose USMLE score was invalidated cheated. Math works - and the numbers don’t lie. 2. Anyone who cheated on the USMLE ought to have their score invalidated - regardless of where they live.

I pay what I owe. Tomorrow I will wire transfer to the IRS $288,000,000.00 This country has done so much for me, I’m proud to pay my taxes every single year. Tag a former president that you know doesn’t

Hey Mark just wondering if you or your corporations pay more than the required taxes in order to pay your fair share, thanks so much

Man it really bothers me when people label certain specialty residency programs as “easy.” All it does is invalidate any mental/physical challenges trainees may have, and it’s just flat out wrong.

Physicians undergo at least 7 years and 10,000 hours of clinical training in medicine. NPs are vital to patient care but engage in a different educational pathway focused on nursing science with the addition of 500-1000 hours of introductory medical training.

I encourage you to make fun of things physicians say, idiosyncrasies, mannerisms, personalities. We’re weird people. For example, make fun of EM’s dependence on Diet Coke, not their ability to intubate a patient. When I’ve made people mad it’s usually because I violated this rule

Here’s a lesson I’ve learned as a physician publicly making fun of other physicians over the last 8 years. Don’t make fun of anybody’s *ability* to do their jobs. Jokes like that can undermine public trust in what we do, even if it’s “just a joke.”

The bottom line on the “costs” supporting Ukraine:   1️⃣ Zero American service members in combat. 2️⃣ Zero American service members killed in Ukraine. 3️⃣ A very small percentage of the American defense budget has been spent to assist Ukraine’s military. 4️⃣ The Ukrainian military, in defense of their homeland, is systematically dismantling Putin’s Army.   Good deal for America and all who love freedom.

Obviously this is subjective, but the algorithm feeds me more tweets I don’t like. I also get more bad faith replies from trolls than ever before. My experience is noticeably less fun than it was pre-Elon. Maybe not for others but it is for me.
