Since Alberta has lost the referendum, @MarkJCarney has indicated that the new pipeline will have โlegal difficultiesโ (its not happening), immigration is going to increase and itโs โsustainable,โ and that Alberta canโt have control over it even though we just voted for it (they are going to flood us thanks to the referendum.)
