I'm reading #Joyful by @ingridfetell and paying more attention to my surroundings now. One good example of joyful things around me is my office mouse. Black was the standard, but many years ago IT onsite support surprised me with this pink beauty which I still carry with me.

The XP team I worked on had so few defects that we never had a need for an issue tracker. The rare issue that did arise was addressed immediately. I’ve found that most development organizations find this hard to believe.
Might be a good time, since there’s a conference, to mention that my Agile teams 1998-2004 had ~1 reported defect / 6 months. #Agile2018
