D1 isn’t easy to play at.
D2 isn’t easy to play at.
D3 isn’t easy to play at.
NAIA isn’t easy to play at.
JUCO isn’t easy to play at.
No matter the level it’s not easy to get there and play. Embrace your team and appreciate that you get to play this game. #RecruitAll

Baseball players — getting recruited isn’t just about how good you are.
It’s about finding the right programs, knowing what they need, and getting your name in front of the right people at the right time.
You can be good enough and still miss opportunities if you don’t know where to look.
Talent matters. Knowing how to navigate the process matters, too. ⚾
Baseball players — honest question:
What’s the hardest part of recruiting right now?
1️⃣ Finding programs that actually need you
2️⃣ Getting coaches to respond
3️⃣ Knowing what level you fit
4️⃣ Knowing what to do next
5️⃣ NIL / building your brand
Drop the number below. I’m going to use the responses to put together more content and resources around the biggest issues players are dealing with.
Not sure where you realistically fit in the recruiting process?
Not sure which programs are actually looking for your position?
Or just feel like you’re sending emails and hoping something sticks?
Send me your film.
I’ll give you an honest assessment of where I think you fit and what I’d be doing if I were in your position.
No guessing. No BS. Just an honest conversation about your options.
One of the biggest recruiting mistakes athletes make:
Only reaching out to programs they already know.
There are hundreds of college programs, and the right opportunity may be at a school you’ve never considered.
Don’t just ask, “What schools do I want?”
Ask, “What schools need a player like me?”
That shift can completely change how you approach recruiting.
My feed has been filled with players announcing their commitments lately.
I know how stressful recruiting can be, and seeing player after player commit can make you feel like you’re falling behind.
Don’t compare your journey to someone else’s.
Every player’s process is different. Trust your process, don’t rush into the wrong situation just because you feel behind, and keep working toward the right opportunity.
If you need some guidance along the way, we have a private community where we help athletes navigate recruiting, NIL, and their next steps.
You’re not behind. Keep going.
There’s more to navigating college baseball than finding a school.
You need to understand your recruiting options, know where you fit, build your NIL presence, and have a plan for what comes next.
That’s why we created our private community for HS, JUCO & Transfer Portal athletes.
One place for recruiting guidance, NIL education, opportunities, and a plan.

There are college baseball programs looking for players right now.
The problem?
Most athletes have no idea:
Who is looking.
What positions they need.
What level they’re targeting.
Or who they should actually reach out to.
That’s why we created our private recruiting community.
We put those opportunities and resources in one place for HS, JUCO & Transfer Portal athletes. Link in bio.
What if you could see which college baseball programs are actively looking for your position, get honest feedback from industry professionals, and have recruiting resources in one place?
That’s exactly what we created for HS, JUCO & Transfer Portal athletes.
Affordable recruiting support. Real industry insight. More opportunities.
Your next opportunity could start with having the right information. #baseball #recruiting
Recruiting insight from people who have actually been around the game.
Our athlete community brings together industry experience from MLBPA agents, former pro athletes, and scouts to help players better understand their options.
From identifying programs that fit to navigating recruiting opportunities, the goal is simple:
Give athletes access to information and guidance they can actually use while not spending $1,000’s of dollars. #baseball #recruiting
Recruiting shouldn’t feel like you’re doing it alone.
We’ve created a private community for HS, JUCO & Transfer Portal athletes looking for affordable recruiting support, real opportunities, and the right information to help them take the next step.
Program needs, recruiting resources, expert evaluations, monthly live Q&As & more.

Your recruiting shouldn’t depend on how many followers you have, how much money you spend, or whether a coach randomly comes across your profile.
You need access to the right information, honest feedback, and a clear understanding of where you can play.
Stop guessing. Start being more intentional with your recruiting. #baseball #recruiting
A lot of athletes are waiting for recruiting opportunities to find them.
Meanwhile, programs are actively looking for players who fit specific needs.
The question isn’t just “Who wants me?”
It’s “Who needs a player like me, and how do I get in front of them?”
Recruiting takes more than hoping someone finds your profile. #baseball #recruit
The worst thing an athlete can hear during recruiting is:
“Just keep emailing coaches.”
Who are you emailing?
Are they actually looking for your position?
Are they still recruiting?
Does your profile fit what they need?
Blindly sending your information to every program isn’t a recruiting strategy.
You need to know where the actual opportunities are. #baseball #recruit
Recruiting isn’t complicated because there aren’t opportunities.
It’s complicated because athletes often don’t know where the opportunities are.
They need current information on programs looking for players, honest evaluations, the right contacts, and a clear idea of where they fit.
That shouldn’t require spending thousands on an advisor. #baseball #recruiting
Most athletes do not need to spend $1,000s on a “recruiting advisor” who may not actually change their recruiting outcome.
What athletes need is simple:
Know which programs are looking. Know where you realistically fit. Know who to contact. Get honest evaluations. Find opportunities you may not know exist.
Recruiting help should give you information, access, and direction — not just another expensive bill. #baseball #recruiting
Recruiting shouldn’t be about sending your profile to 100 schools and hoping someone responds.
The real challenge is knowing:
• Which programs actually need your position
• Who is still looking for players
• What level you realistically fit
• Who you should be contacting right now
• How to get your name in front of the right people
Most athletes are guessing.
That’s a problem we’re here to fix. Reach out for details. #recruiting #baseball
It is sad how many athletes/families are misguided, lied too, and misinformed by so called "experts".. #baseball #recruiting
