Markdown Preview is no longer just for previewing.
You can now edit your document directly inside the app 📝
Two months ago, I open-sourced Markdown Preview as a small side project. The community has shown it a lot of love, contributed ideas, and helped shape the app into what it is today.
But since day one, I’ve been asked to add editing capabilities. I pushed back because I felt it would defeat the purpose of having a minimal Markdown previewer.
After a few discussions and iterations, I came up with an editing experience that keeps the minimal experience everyone loved, while adding the ability to edit without leaving the app. Enjoy 🙌🏻
This update includes the table performance improvement and UI changes to align with macOS Tahoe.

I built a tiny native app that lets you open any Markdown file on Mac.
