Been playing Order of the Sinking Star all weekend since it came out. I think this might top Baba is You. Baba is You still has the most creative base idea ever, but this game's execution, meta, and emergent mechanics are out of this world. Still in awe.
I beat the game and reached the credits and discovered that I somehow still have half the game left. 馃槶 WHAT!?
They aren't kidding about this watched pot stuff. You step away for one minute and next thing you know it's boiling. Jeez Louise.
Back in college and my classes are "here's how to add 2 numbers in matlab!" and "prove lagrange's theorem!" and then I have one (1) class on PDE's, clearly engineering oriented, and it's difficult. Is engineering the last bastion of people who care? Should've been an engineer!
Sometimes I think software engineering might really be solved but then I see another post about "our CI can't keep up!" and I realize nobody on here is building anything useful
