It's my birthday! I’m using it as an opportunity to raise money for @vivatogether. As I go from 42 to 43 years, this year we’re hoping that Viva will go from 42 to 43 partner networks - all improving the lives of vulnerable children in their cities. give.viva.org/phil43

Berlin, you’ve been a blast. Great to spend time with people from all over the world at the Christian Community Development conference. Enjoyed having the opportunity to encourage people to rethink orphanages. @homecomingproj @WithoutOrphans @TearfundIreland

Here's my take on how the phases of this crisis will play out and the different emphasis within each one. Although not possible to determine the time frame of each phase, each will be substantial and need preparation. We also explore this further here: youtu.be/gO7Q1uCzguM

I concur with this...
Things I’ve learnt this week : 1. Relationship is everything 2. Disruption is the crucible of creativity and innovation 3. Crisis increases the rate of change 4. Leaders mustn’t raise the temperature but be a non-anxious presence 5. The need to withdraw & refresh is vital
