Liturgical hot take: I'm fine with the Saturday vigil Mass existing, I just don't think anyone should go to it.

I shared this report with our Bishop here in Tulsa, this was his response. "Hi David, I think the most important number is the 90+ percent of Oklahomans who are not yet Catholic. God is faithful and we have a lot of work to do." Any surprise that our diocese is ranked so high?
Let's go @DioceseofTulsa! Tied with Nashville as the most fruitful diocese in the country. Not a time to get complacent but to put our foot on the gas. catholicworldreport.com/2025…

We were unable to cross St Peter's Square to get to our bus because Charles and Camilla were inside the basilica of St Peter. Trying to get a No Kings protest started here in Rome.

It can’t be understated how much of a stumbling block that modern papal mishaps can be to non-Catholics investigating the Faith, given our information age.
Whenever Charlie and I would debate theology, he'd point out the behavior of Pope Francis as a huge sore spot. And he wasn't optimistic about Pope Leo

Modern and abstract arts seek to draw our sensible appetites away from what is real, away from the true, the good, and the beautiful. This means that modern art isn't just bad art and stupid, it's also evil.

Tomorrow begins the 9th annual @CatholicManShow campout. 80+ men from all around the US will be coming to Clear Creek Abbey for a weekend of prayer, fellowship, good food, and mirth. Logistics of this campout is getting tougher every year. One thing I’m confident in, @pniles86 and I will take the gold in the corn hole tourney (again!)

Milo has come a long way.
Milo Yiannopoulos “It doesn't matter if you agree with the literal truth of Christianity or not, the founders did and they made a country for people who did” “If you don't agree with that — you don't appreciate that we should not only restore Christianity in culture, but require it in public life, you should go to Canada.” This whole speech is 🔥

Exciting news! Fr. Gregory Pine, O.P., has written a new book titled, "Your Eucharistic Identity: A Sacramental Guide to the Fullness of Life," published by Ignatius Press. The Eucharist is no mere symbol. It is the key to life. More specifically, it is the key to your very identity. When we look carefully at the Blessed Sacrament, under the signs of bread and wine, we discover that we were made not simply to receive God, to be nourished by his gifts, or to draw close to him. In fact, “we were made to become Him.” In Your Eucharistic Identity, Fr. Gregory Pine, O.P., shows that Christ, through the Sacrament, divinizes us in our whole being. Fr. Pine’s sacramental guide to the fullness of life—at once thought-provoking and practical, ancient and new—offers Christians a simple, clear guide for their path. You can purchase the book here: ignatius.com/your-eucharisti…
