Amazing customer service from @OctopusEnergy once again. In Oct my smart meter stopped sending readings. A recent power cut ‘rebooted’ the meter and it started sending new readings but 6 months missing. Suki in CS has spent 2 weeks getting all the missing data 🏆🥳 @g__j

Friend of mine looking at EV whilst car is in for service. Put off by sales staff who told them ‘100 miles will cost you £40 in electricity’. A lot more education needed across the industry I think as it would be less than £4 for me at home. @bobbyllew @raimonick @KateFantom
