Every time people try to write off or malign One Day International Cricket, it shows us time & time again as to how brilliant it is. Bring back these triangular ODI series on a regular basis with a calendar that has context & jeopardy to give us 3 great formats and support them

Alhamdulilah. I dedicate this win to the 2 most wonderful women in my life: my mother & my wife. Special mention for @HarisRauf14, we win only as a team and he showed that today in the partnership. Thank you to my entire team. #PakistanZindabad

Make tri-series a staple. Bring back quadtrangular cups. Heck, throw in a pentagular cup in there as well. Kitply Cup? I see you. SAVE ODI CRICKET.

ODI cricket is intellectually, morally, aesthetically, spiritually, emotionally, dramatically, artistically, physically, mentally, historically, consistently, decisively, dumbfoundingly, globally, unapologetically, unquestionably superior to every other game yet invented

Throwback to Abdul Razzaq’s sensational innings vs South Africa in 2010.

Is this the worst England ODI team to tour Pakistan in the last 20 years?

Where would this ODI be on this list? Top 5? @karachikhatmal

Wisden

@WisdenCricketOct 24

The England-Sri Lanka ODI was a classic, but played for the smallest stake. @karachikhatmal ranks the most epic matches from outside the big-ticket events that had little riding on them, but delivered plenty to remember.

An all-time great innings by Shadab Khan (113 not out), the highest individual score in ODI history by a batter batting at No. 8 or lower. Also the highest 10th wicket partnership (89 runs) in a successful chase in ODI history.

No 400 plus chase can ever be as entertaining as a low scoring thriller featuring a last wicket partnership. ODI cricket does not get any better than this.
