I've been watching people in web3 space creating games without a prior experience. And I think it's great. However, it seems no many can accept few important things like these: 1⃣ Your first game will be a 💩. That's a fact. And it's okay. Just accept it and make another better game, and then another. I'm currently working on my first game and I am positive it will be good, but not good enough. You can't master things without practice. 2⃣ Your first game shouldn't have NFTs immediately. Because if you start implementing NFT aspects on your first game, you will be stuck with that project and feel obliged to your players to keep going. 3⃣ The game design is a very complex field. So if you work as indie team or solo developer, you will need to study lots of seemingly unrelated stuff. Building game isn't just about coding it. It's as same as any other industry. You won't take a camera and record an Oscar movie in your first take as well. ▶️ That's a lesson web3 game industry has to learn.
