If you are a coffee roaster struggling right now, I have an assignment for you. Roast a coffee. Give one bag of that coffee to someone who is not a “coffee person” and help them brew it well at home. Repeat this each week.

As it stands, there is a large gender gap when it comes to coffee farmers across the globe, with far more male-owned farms than female. One group trying to change that is the AMACA all-female owned group of farms in Colombia where this coffee was produced.⁠ #choosingbettercoffee
