Pastors, it’s Monday. Don’t resign.
Instead…
1) Drink some good coffee.
2) Lift something heavy.
3) Pray honestly.
4) Be Still and Silent.
5) Sit with a safe friend.
Bivocational pastors at your other job, apply these in your short breaks and lunch hour.

Biblical Church Revitalization by Brian Croft is a practical, encouraging guide for pastors. Rich in Scripture and real-life wisdom, it emphasizes church health over numbers and points to God as the source of true renewal. @PastorCroft @Christian_Focus @practicalsheph

Pastors, it’s Monday. Don’t resign.
But drink some good coffee.
Do something physical. Spent time with a life-giving relationship in your life.
Enjoy some stillness and silence.
Pray. Rest. Let go of yesterday.
There will be new mercies tomorrow for you.

We had a very fruitful first pastors event here in Quito, Ecuador. And they had a full display of Practical Shepherding books in Spanish. Pastor event number two is in the morning. Thanks for praying.

Pray for your pastor today as they prepare to minister the Word tomorrow.
Some of them are dealing with pressures in the congregation, family illnesses and hospitalizations, and some are even being unjustly threatened to be fired.
They need your prayers.
