How important is the absence of SS courses when choosing a PG General Medicine institution, if all other parameters are good?
Should it be given less preference because of this?

Also, a 15–30 day SS rotation may not add as much as we expect.
SS-SRs are already busy with their own work, and new PGs keep rotating in.
Regular exposure to these cases in Medicine may give more consistent learning.

Half of the problems in residency will be solved by giving post duty off after 24 hrs duty. No 36-48hrs.
Most of the vicious 36–48-hour cycle can be broken by PG-2, PG-3, and SRs, but we are not ready to discuss it.

Female Doctor Se Behas Hui, Injured Patients Ko Chhodkar Uthkar Chali Gayi! Budhwar raat Ambah Civil Hospital mein accident mein injured teen logon ka treatment chal raha tha. Parijanon ke mutabik, dressing ke baad unhone female doctor se patients ko dekhne ke liye kaha. Doctor ne patients ko unke paas lane ko kaha. Isi baat par behas hui aur female doctor allegedly uthkar wahan se chali gayi. Parijanon ne baad mein BMO se verbal complaint bhi ki. Doctor ka kaam patient ka treatment karna hota hai. Parijanon se behas hui toh uski saza injured patient ko kyun? Ego baad mein, patient ka treatment pehle.
