"నన్ను తీసుకెళ్లు అమ్మా.. భయమేస్తుంది" చిన్నారిని తల్లిదండ్రులకు అప్పగించాలని కోర్టు ఆదేశాలు ఉన్నా అప్పగించని అధికారులు జగిత్యాల జిల్లాలో హృదయవిదారక ఘటన చట్టపరంగా దత్తత తీసుకోలేదని, మూడేళ్లుగా పెంచుకుంటున్న చిన్నారిని తల్లిదండ్రుల నుంచి వేరు చేసి శిశు సంక్షేమ కేంద్రానికి తరలించిన అధికారులు ఈ క్రమంలో శిశు సంక్షేమ కేంద్రంలో ఉన్న చిన్నారిని చూసేందుకు వెళ్లగా, "నన్ను తీసుకెళ్లు అమ్మా.. భయమేస్తుంది" అంటూ గుండెలవిసేలా రోదించిన చిన్నారి హిందూ సంప్రదాయం ప్రకారమే దత్తత తీసుకున్నామని హైకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించగా, చిన్నారిని తిరిగి తల్లిదండ్రులకు అప్పగించాలని అక్టోబర్ 16వ తేదీన ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసిన హైకోర్టు అయితే హైకోర్టు ఉత్తర్వులు ఉన్నా అధికారులు జాప్యం చేస్తున్నారని, తమ కొడుకు ఆరోగ్యం క్షీణిస్తోందని, వెంటనే తమ కొడుకును తమకు అప్పగించాలని డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్న తల్లిదండ్రులు

రౌడీలు ఇలా కత్తిని జేబులో పెట్టుకు తిరుగుతున్నారు .. జనమంతా చూస్తుండగా ఏకంగా కానిస్టేబుల్ ని పొడుస్తానని బెదిరిస్తున్నాడు .. తిరుపతి జిల్లా శ్రీకాళహస్తిలో ఈ ఇష్యూ జరిగింది .. ఒక లాప్ టాప్ చోరీ కేసులో నిందితుడిని పట్టుకునేందుకు వెళ్లిన కానిస్టేబుల్ పై కొండమిట్టకు చెందిన జితేంద్ర , శ్రీనివాస్ ఈ దాడి చేశారు .. ఇంకా విచిత్రం ఏమంటే ఒకే ఒక్కడు కానిస్టేబుల్ వాళ్ళతో పోరాటం చేస్తుంటే జనమంతా చూస్తూనే ఉన్నారు తప్ప కనీసం ఆపే ప్రయత్నం చేయడం లేదు బహుశా ఈ రౌడీ ముఠా కచ్చితంగా గంజాయి మత్తులోనే ఇదంతా చేసి ఉంటారనిపిస్తోంది .. అసలు కత్తి జేబులో పెట్టుకు తిరుగుతున్న ఇలాంటివాళ్లని ఏమి చేయాలి ? ఇలాంటి వాళ్ళు బయట ఉంటే సొసైటీకి ఎంత ప్రమాదం ?

Yet we are watching a steady narrowing of that space — where criticism is treated as crime, and process itself becomes the punishment. Justice Bhuyan’s intervention is a reminder that the judiciary’s first duty is to the citizen, not to power. In a time when independent voices on the bench are becoming rarer, his clarity is valuable. Constitutional morality does not survive on silence. It survives when those in authority still have the courage to call out its erosion.

Saurav Das said, "There are already plenty of political parties. If people still have pain, suffering, and anguish, it means the answer is not a political party. The answer is a grassroots-level movement, an awakening. And that's what the CJP is doing."
