in the middle of the call i realized it wasn't chrome, it was the algrow desktop app

Unlike the MCP, the agent isn't stuck inside Algrow's data. It browses YouTube itself, live. It opens a real tab, searches, scrolls the feed, clicks into channels, and you can watch it live.

how i'd turn an AI avatar channel into recurring revenue:
> channel builds the audience (cooking, gardening, whatever the niche is)
> the offer isn't a pdf, it's a monthly subscription
> subscribers get a chat app or website with the channel's persona
> they ask for recipes, send their dishes for feedback, get help with anything in the niche
> it replies like a real conversation (small AI disclaimer)
API costs are really low, so the margin is huge
and it makes more sense than a one-time ebook, because people keep coming back to the thing that keeps helping them
the avatar channels already have the trust. this just gives that trust something to subscribe to
