You now have far greater attack surface area in closed-off-chain financial applications. Why? Because you have more dependency attack surface area and because there's delete-able verification on the state of your funds pre-hack in a closed source, off-chain database

I would heavily advise to withdrawal your money from defi protocols for the next 1-2 years Hearing of many critical bugs being found by whitehackers, only a matter of time before someone bad runs into them
