Our project is researching and bringing awareness of microplastics and how they affect us in our everyday lives. We will be creating a documentary about our process of researching microplastics and informing people how big of an issue this is.

For the past weeks we’ve been making a stop motion video to show people how to properly recycle a disposable water bottle and planning on drafting a bill for a leash cap to prevent caps on seperating from the bottles. #theREFUSEproject

For our #TheREFUSEProject we are making easy and versatile recipes for meal prep lunches. This is directed to people who would would like to try making their own lunches that are healthier, cheaper, and less wasteful than purchasing pre-packaged food daily.

Working to improve fuel efficiency in cars and lower emissions through the use of HHO gas as an additive for internal combustion vehicles. Currently building a HHO generator and goKart for small scale testing. #theREFUSEProject

Hey! Our names are Stephanie and Dayton, and we are establishing a composting bin for High Tech High, and hopefully send a message to other schools that it’s possible to make a difference in the community using small actions. #theREFUSEproject

We all chose to do this mural because we all had a few things in common. Our love for art and our desire to help rid the oceans of trash. We want to convey a story that has meaning and brings awareness to the public. We hope to motivate people to take action. #theREFUSEproject

Our #theREFUSEproject addresses the problem of overproduction of clothing, and waste in the fashion industry. Sharing and repurposing used clothes! Our goal is to reach out to students and show that you are capable of change through smaller actions.

Our plan for this year is to reduce the waste of single-use plastic bottles. We will do this by offering alternative reusable bottles and educating the public on how to properly dispose of single-use plastic water bottles. #theREFUSEProject
