Anybody who trades prop firms should be using @prop_flow
Zero excuse not to.
Probably one of if not the best platforms I’ve seen for showing transparency and keeping yourself in check financially.
It will even show you if you have a tilt day or excessive spending. Shows your lifetime payouts. It’s honestly incredible.

The stuff nobody will ever show you.
Here’s full transparency of the worst trading month of my life.
I linked everything to @prop_flow and I wanted to highlight especially my worst month ever in trading.
Time to clean this space up.
This is futures accounts because I never in my life spent money like that on CFD’s
still on the leaderboard at @prop_flow number 12 all time. @jayalxndr
I’ll be at #1 very soon.
Here’s to transparency 🤝

Prop_flow is incredible, just tried it out and it’s awesome
What’s a better verification method?
PropFlow or an excel sheet downloaded 7 times that was uploaded to ChatGPT that can be reconfigured to say what you want it to say.
We’ll accommodate the verification (expenses only) if you’re up for it. All secured via Plaid.

Need to do 5x this over the course of a year or less and then I can really start taking it serious.
$32K net before taxes for Jan 2026. Really need to figure out the best tax strategy.
Clarity was always the point.
Auto-tracking was just the obvious solution.

I just started using @prop_flow, and so far it’s been working perfectly. It’s a software that automates your expenses and payouts, which I think is a gamechanger for prop traders when it comes to taxes and more. Just to be clear, I’m not an affiliate.
They have a 5-day free trail and only $20 per month after.
We support 23 prop firms at the moment.
If you'd like to start tracking your prop firm finances and don't see a firm you use, let us know!

Congrats to everyone crushing it so far YTD! Use this as motivation.
Should we try interviewing some of PropFlow’s top performers to get insight into how they consistently pull money from prop firms?

+$1,000,000 in total payouts secured YTD with Futures Prop Firms.
As of December 23, 2025, I’ve officially crossed $1,000,000 in payouts for the year with over 100 payouts.
My 2024 total payouts from prop firms was $110k.
My 2025 goal was set at $200k.
95% of this was through Tradovate.
5% was through ProjectX.
I do not use a third-party copier. Just good old Tradovate to copy trade per prop firm with many tabs open.
I'm sharing this to inspire other part-time traders. I trade exclusively between 5-7am PST before getting the kids up and heading to work. I don't plan on going full-time because honestly, I think I'd see diminishing returns.
This isn’t a flex. It’s the result of showing up every day and grinding through more than 100 payouts. I started futures prop trading in May 2024 after a friend introduced me. Seeing green P&Ls on X got me hooked. The concept clicked: use firm capital as leverage, and the risk of ruin is way lower than SPX trading where you can crush for 2 months then blow up in days. Then you quickly learn that Sim Environment to payout is the play.
Full transparency on my payouts (attached). Without Apex, I wouldn't have hit the million-dollar mark. Love it or hate it, Apex lets you scale to 20 accounts. I went uncapped twice. In case you think I got lucky once, I did it again months later.
Shoutouts to some of the best traders I've met that understand how to trade props: @FarmforAnswers, @OkalaNQT, @TraderYush, @ForexIke.

To those still struggling: keep experimenting with what strategy clicks for you. We live in a time where people are literally live-streaming on YouTube and you can learn the WHY behind their trades. All the learning material you need is free on YouTube. We're not trading for hedge funds. You don't need to trade like the pros. I'm a demo retail trader who trades in a Sim Enviornment that learned how to get payouts. If I can do it while learning how to trade with toddlers who wake me up 3 times a night, then you can do it too.
Shoutout to @prop_flow for their payout tracking tool. I'm not affiliated with them, but you can connect to Plaid and it tracks all your payouts and puts it in a nice graphic like the one I attached.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, everyone.
