- Stop Choosing Prop Firms Blindly 🚨
1/7
Finding the right prop firm can be confusing.
There are hundreds of firms offering different challenges, rules, payout structures and prices.
But how do you know which one is actually right for you?
That’s one of the reasons PropFirmOrbit was built.
🧵👇
PropFirmOrbit was built with one simple idea:
Make prop firm research easier for traders.
Research first.
Compare your options.
Understand the rules.
Then decide.
Before buying your next prop firm challenge, check propfirmorbit.com
What’s the most important thing you look for when choosing a prop firm?
2/7
Most traders focus on one thing:
“How cheap is the challenge?”
But the price is only one part of the decision.
You also need to understand the rules you’ll be trading under.
With PropFirmOrbit, traders can:
Explore prop firms.
Compare different options.
Understand important trading rules.
Check account conditions.
Discover available discount codes.
The goal is to help you make a more informed decision before spending money.
That’s where propfirmorbit.com comes in.
It’s a platform designed to help traders research and explore different prop firms in one place.
Instead of jumping from website to website, you can start your research more easily.
Different prop firms have different:
• Drawdown rules
• Profit targets
• Payout conditions
• Profit splits
• Trading restrictions
• Account sizes
Choosing without researching can lead to unnecessary problems later.
FXIFY has ended its affiliate partnership with Prop Firm Match, effective immediately, and all associated links and codes have been disabled. This follows a review of how sales were being attributed.
Our affiliate programme rests on one principle: commission goes to the partner who genuinely introduced the trader.
Most traders don't find a firm in one click. They might discover us through a creator's video, an educator's community or a comparison site that helps them weigh up their options. Every one of those partners plays a valuable role. But if any step in that journey takes credit it didn't earn, the partner who should receive the commission loses it, often without ever knowing. That isn't fair to the people who do the work, and it isn't how we operate.
The creators, educators, communities and comparison platforms who operate transparently are the partners who build this industry and earn traders' trust. When attribution is taken away from them, honest partners are discouraged and traders lose confidence in the information guiding their decisions.
We believe the prop trading industry should hold itself to a higher standard, and that starts with each firm being clear about what it will and won't accept. We hold every partner, large or small, to the same terms, and we will continue to do so.

What is cookie stuffing, and why is every firm delisting itself from PropFirmMatch?
Let’s keep it simple.
Imagine you visit Prop Firm Match to check a prop firm's profile or copy a discount code. You never click the link to visit the actual prop firm.
But behind the scenes, a tracking script allegedly redirects your browser through an affiliate link anyway.
🍪 Boom. An affiliate cookie gets placed.
Later, you purchase a challenge directly from that prop firm. Depending on the tracking setup, Prop Firm Match could receive affiliate credit for the sale even though you never intentionally clicked its referral link.
That’s the concern behind cookie stuffing: triggering affiliate tracking without a genuine, intentional referral click.
Normal affiliate marketing is straightforward: someone clicks your referral link, visits the firm, and you may earn a commission.
But if a platform triggers affiliate tracking when someone simply clicks an internal profile or copies a discount code, it raises serious questions about transparency, consent, and fair marketing.
And here's the bigger question: if affiliates are prohibited from forcing cookies, should a platform be allowed to do something similar?
The consequences are now becoming difficult to ignore.
All major Props have announced that it has ended its relationship with Prop Firm Match and deactivated the associated affiliate links and tracking codes.
What makes this situation particularly disappointing is the role a comparison platform is supposed to play. Traders rely on these platforms to compare firms, discover discounts, and make informed decisions. They expect transparency not practices that could potentially manipulate affiliate attribution for financial gain.
A platform built to help traders make better decisions should put traders first not let questionable marketing practices undermine the very trust it depends on.
Honestly, it's extremely disappointing and, if proven intentional, shameful. A platform that claims to serve the trading community should be helping traders navigate the industry responsibly, not engaging in practices that raise questions about whether its own financial interests come first.
Trust takes years to build and seconds to destroy. 🩵

I hope all these firms who are celebrating leaving @PropFirmMatch won't go back to them once they "clear" and "reslove" the issue with lame excuses.
But i doubt that. My assessment is many would go back to them quietly. After all both make money. Only traders lose it.
Also some of the firms only doing it not to pay PFM's Affiliate commissions. They are just cashing the opportunity.
Hypocrisy all over.

Effective immediately, @BrightFunded is ending its affiliate partnership with @PropFirmMatch. We saw this come in this morning and ran our own investigation as well.
Affiliates put in the work: the content, the community, the trust. They deserve to be paid for every trader they send, not see that credit end up somewhere else.
Big shoutout to my friend @traderkane for digging into this and bringing it to light. He keeps standing up for the people who build this industry, and we’re with him on this one. Btw, Kane, Isn’t it supposed to work the other way around right before your birthday? We should be giving you a present.
Effective immediately @PropFirmMatch affiliate partnership is terminated.
All their commissions for the month are forfeited, and financial claims are going to be pursued.
We have caught the cookies practices in August, took actions on it and Our rank dropped from Nr. 1 best seller to Nr.10.
Plus being told that traders picking us over other firms costs them money, which I understand since their commission is same as any other affiliate.
Since the beginning we have supported them, tech, expertise and features, yet that business grew into something I personally don’t believe in.
Adios 👊🏽

Blue Guardian has ended its relationship with Prop Firm Match, effective immediately. All associated affiliate links and tracking codes have been deactivated.
Our affiliate relationships must reflect the standards we expect across our business: transparency, accurate representation, and responsible marketing.
We expect every partner to uphold these principles and support traders in making informed decisions. Where a partnership no longer aligns with those expectations, we will take appropriate action.
Our focus remains on serving our trading community, maintaining trust, and protecting the integrity of the Blue Guardian affiliate programme.
FTMO has released a new Instant plan with generous rules, but the pricing is definitely premium.
• 10% balance-based trailing drawdown
• 3% daily loss limit
• 30% consistency rule
• 90% profit split
The price? $3,350 for a $100K account.
Good rules, but is it worth the price?
What do you think? Would you pay $3,350 for it?
