Ukraine has “already lost” the war against Russia, says @Alice_Weidel, co-leader of the Alternative for Germany party, which is leading German opinion polls. She told @zannymb, that Germany should pull the plug on support for Ukraine against Vladimir Putin’s invasion. Watch the full interview at 6pm London time (1pm in New York): bit.ly/4yrcX9s

Great meeting with @TreasurerBeach aka TOTUS. Got a look inside Treasury, saw the new Trump $1 Coin, and discussed how to get more young Americans financially empowered and invested in their future. TOTUS is one of the strongest allies of @POTUS and a champion for an America built on capitalism, free enterprise, and opportunity⚡️

Much respect to Marcell, Nigel, and Rory, flying in from overseas to show support for their day one brothers, Andrew and Tristan Tate. They flew across the ocean and pulled up to the gates of Hell, because that’s where their brothers are. This is what loyalty looks like.

WHAT THEY DID TO ANDREW AND TRISTAN TATE ON SUNDAY Andrew and Tristan Tate remain in the Special Housing Unit (SHU) at FDC Miami. They have seen the sun only four times since July 18th. On Sunday, guards deployed OC spray in the SHU. My clients, Andrew and Tristan Tate, had nothing to do with the incident. They were locked in their cells when it happened. The guards had gas masks. Andrew and Tristan, however, were afforded no such luxury. Locked in a cell with nowhere to go, the chemical spray quickly filled the SHU, poured into their cells, and burned their eyes, throats, and airways. To protect themselves, Andrew and Tristan wet their T-shirts in the shower and wrapped their eyes and heads in the shirts as best they could. The Bureau of Prisons' own regulation demands immediate medical examination and treatment. The Department of Justice's own manual says the first aid for this chemical is fresh air and copious amounts of cool water. Andrew and Tristan received no air, no water, no doctor, and no nurse. Two men convicted of no crime in any country on Earth wrapped wet T-shirts around their faces, sat in a chemical cloud, and waited. You do not have to take my word for it. Two hours later, my co-counsel Tom Maniotis arrived at the facility for a legal visit. The air was still so toxic that his eyes burned and he struggled to breathe. Thomas cut the meeting short and agreed to come back in two hours to give time for the chemicals to clear out. Thomas went to our apartment and washed his face and hands. He returned to the SHU a second time, where the meeting had to be cut short because his eyes were irritated and his throat was burning. So much so that he went straight from the jail to urgent care, where he was diagnosed with acute toxic conjunctivitis, a chemical injury to his eyes. That diagnosis is on paper, from a hospital. Think about what I am saying. Thomas' short-term exposure sent him straight to urgent care. Andrew and Tristan have been stuck in the SHU since this incident happened without medical care or decontamination protocol of any kind. They sit in that cell over no American charge and no broken rule. They sit there because the United Kingdom, which watched them travel freely for three years and did nothing, suddenly demanded their arrest. Instead of the safekeeping the law requires, Andrew and Tristan are being horribly punished. Four hours of sunlight in three weeks, bunks too short for their bodies, no pillows, legal meetings in rooms monitored by cameras, and now a chemical agent in their cells with no help afterward. The Supreme Court says a man awaiting trial may not be punished at all. England's own law says a man jailed before trial is held for safe custody and not for punishment. Every rule forbids what is happening inside that building, and it is happening anyway. On Thursday, August 13, a federal judge in Miami will hear our motion for Andrew and Tristan's release. If you care about justice and the right of all American citizens not to be punished this way, then you must speak out. Let the whole world see your anger by sharing this post. Punishment before judgment is tyranny. Free Andrew and Tristan Tate. Free Them Now.

🚨🚨 EMERGENCY MEETING 🚨🚨 We break down the extradition proceedings involving Andrew and Tristan Tate and what is coming next. We go through the Romanian and United Kingdom timeline, the August 13 bail hearing, the conditions my clients are being held under, and explain why the flight risk analysis cuts in our favor. We also lay out how we intend to fight certification and what role the Secretary of State and President Trump have if the court certifies the request. youtube.com/watch?v=9R0jBtHe…

Extradition treaties are built on comity, which is to say mutual respect between countries. Yet the United Kingdom demands comity from the United States in the same breath that it slaps Romania in the face. The UK's attempt to extradite Andrew and Tristan Tate from American soil is not extradition at all. It is a political kidnapping executed under color of treaty. A nation that tramples comity forfeits the right to invoke it. America cannot let this happen.

Hate them. Blame them. Ignore them. It changes nothing. They raised the standard of masculinity, stand against the decline, and continue to make the world stronger, better, and more disciplined. History does not remember the critics. It remembers the men who changed the world. #FREETHETATES

🇺🇸 RFK Jr. went after CNN's Dana Bash for recycling the old “trust the experts” line... He reminded her that during COVID the top expert, Fauci, got masks, social distancing, natural immunity, vaccine transmission, and the origin of the virus all COMPLETELY wrong. People who questioned these supposed "experts" were routinely punished. Now the same playbook is out for vaccines. Bash claimed her job is to gather the best science available and that the National Academy of Sciences has stated vaccines do NOT cause autism. RFK Jr. told her to check their most recent report. HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.: “I know you're flustered now, and it is…” CNN’s Dana Bash: “I'm not flustered at all. Robert F. Kennedy Jr.: “Do you see your job as ending vaccine hesitancy, or do you see your job as telling the truth to the American people?” Dana Bash: “I see my job as telling the truth. And the truth is that there is study after study after study. It's one of the most studied things out there in science.” Robert F. Kennedy Jr.: “You're repeating it like a parrot. You're repeating it like a parrot.” “I have actually read the science.” “Let's you and I come back here and debate the science.” Dana Bash: “I'm not debating this with you.” Robert F. Kennedy: “Of course you won't. All you know how to do is repeat things that people told you and say, trust the experts.” “That's what you did during COVID. Now we know that Anthony Fauci, who was the expert, was lying about everything, about masks, about the social distancing, about natural immunity, about the transmission from the vaccine, about the source of COVID.” “[Fauci] was lying, and you were punishing people for not trusting the experts. And now you're rolling out the experts again to talk about something that you have no personal knowledge of.” “Your job is to tell the truth to the American public.”

I’ve said my fair share of negative stuff about Giorgia Meloni. Today she’s the first leader to show backbone against Spain in regards to the migration crisis. I am genuinely glad she’s decided to be the one. Let’s hope she gets in her REMIGRATION era now.

ANDREW AND TRISTAN TATE ARE BEING DENIED DUE PROCESS. My clients were arrested on 18 July and placed in solitary confinement. Their bail application is due 5 August. The Government seeks continued detention at a hearing on 13 August. The United Kingdom has not produced its full extradition package and does not intend to until 16 September. They are not ready to prove anything, but they are ready to take liberty, imprisoning two American citizens in a cell at American taxpayers' expense. The process has been weaponized into punishment. Deprivation of liberty before the requesting state has even bothered to produce the complete materials on which extradition supposedly rests. Punishment before conviction is not due process. It is unconscionable. The United Kingdom says it is trial-ready. Then why is it not ready to submit its request and supporting papers? Put up or shut up. Is the United States Constitution still the most powerful document in the world? America First cannot mean taking liberty first and justifying it two months later.
