@TurkishAirlines so disappointed with this your service. Can't travel due to a very serious health condition and trying to cancel all flights. Cancelled my flight and received an 80% refund. Want to cancel my family's flights (1 adult and 2 children) and will get less than 40%
Refund. Same booking fare. Same class. Same conditions. But suddenly less refund for 3 people. And no one can apparently assist. I've sent all the medical documents and all they can say is take a TK wallet. Not how they can fix the incorrect refund price.
