America is SO back Zuck just announced Muse Spark Open is dropping later today, built with Mac Studios in mind This is bigger than you think The Meta Muse model was trained specifically for agent tasks. Now we can run it locally, plugged into agents like Hermes This is the future of AI Local, open weights models powering local open source harnesses running on our own hardware Completely personalized, custom intelligence with complete privacy 5 years from now very person on earth will have this. Their own custom digital worker getting tasks done for them 24/7 And the best part is, it's all American made baby🇺🇸 If you haven't gotten into local models yet. NOW is the time
Muse Spark Open -- weights releasing today -- runs great on new Mac Studios thanks to work with @johnternus and Apple.

OpenAI just announced that the $200 subscription will get half the amount of usage moving forward It’s clear where all of this is going All AI companies within the next 2 years will exclusively use API pricing. No more subscriptions Subs only made sense when companies were willing to lose billions of dollars to get you into their ecosystem Now that basically every AI company will be attempting to go public, they’ll no longer be able to burn extraordinary amounts of money They’ll have to report their earnings to the street, and if the number isn’t going up and to the right, that’ll be really bad I don’t think this is doomsday. The cheaper models like Luna and Sonnet are now actually really good. Compared to 6 months ago, they’d actually be frontier That’s more than enough to be spectacularly productive for a good price The consumer behavior is going to have to change. You are going to need to be fine with using an intelligence level appropriate for your work. Not just Astra 6 Max for every single thing you do If you have a Ferrari and a Model 3 in your driveway, you don’t drive the Ferrari to pick up milk from 7/11. Sometimes you use the daily driver car The days of AI subsidies are coming to an end, and it’s probably time we start getting used to it. The party is over.
Hi, Tomorrow we are re-opening the Pro $200 subscriptions to new subscribers, but together with it we are also changing how we calculate the usage for it. In effect, if you do the math, it will net out at half the dollar in API spend compared to the old Pro $200 plan. Now that it's said, let me explain why this is happening and why you will still get more work done than if you were on the Pro $200 subscription one month ago. (a) We didn't want to compromise in other ways and are committing to not reintroducing the 5h limit, so that you can fully use the weekly usage when you want. (b) On the subscription, we guarantee that over time you always get more work done and with an increasing level of quality. This means that you will continue to get more value per dollar spent as a result of models getting more efficient and us passing down the improvements in the form of API price reductions. (c) We don't want to put an incentive on ourselves to artificially inflate the API list prices to make it look like you are getting a lot (and workaround it through discounts, etc). Instead we want to continue to both rapidly reduce prices and increase capabilities of models on the API. This week we introduced GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna at 50% of their previous price. Over time, we see prices go low enough that it makes sense for most to buy usage as needed without there being a significant gap between what you get in a subscription and what you get in the API for a dollar spent. (d) Tomorrow, we are adding more things to the subscription that won't draw on the usage, I won't reveal what that is yet. I wanted to be transparent before all the big announcements tomorrow. Lots of new exciting things are coming to the subscriptions that will make it super compelling, but I wanted to make sure to share this change ahead of time so you can all understand it before we shower you with good news. Codexingly, Tibo

Massive day Claude Sonnet 5 is going to release and even potentially Fable 5 Good news and bad news: Sonnet 5 is looking like it will be excellent, fast and cost effective. Fable 5 looks like it might be API pricing Still, you need to prepare. Block off your calendar now Delete your TikTok. Delete your Roblox account. You need to tell your friends you'll be in Turks for the week When the fireworks are going off Friday,, you're squarely staring at your phone maintaining your Fable coding loop You do what it takes to lock in and use these new models hardcore when they drop/come back As you probably learned with the last Fable release, the first few days are a massive opportunity to get ahead. If you can leverage Fable 5 effectively, you can literally move mountains Take these actions now: • Download Claude Code Desktop (best way to use Claude Code) • Get your OpenClaw/Hermes ready for the update • Turn on the setting in Claude Code that auto turns on remote sessions so you can code on the go • Moment the new model drops plug it in and use it Lock in my friends. Now is the opportunity to strike

I was wrong I've been saying for months that open source AI models are 6 months behind frontier They caught up. GLM 5.2 is as good as Opus 4.8 This changes everything. If you run GLM 5.2 locally no government can take it away. You become sovereign And even if you run through APIs, its a fraction of the cost The battlefield is different now. If open source is as good as frontier, and people have cheaper alternatives, governments can't be as quick to regulate. It will destroy the frontier AI labs All of this is such a massive win for the people If you are not paying attention to local models yet, you are making a tremendous mistake
Introducing GLM-5.2: Frontier Intelligence, Open Weights - Significant improvements in coding and agentic tasks - Strong long-horizon capabilities with a 1M context window - Two levels of reasoning effort: GLM-5.2 (max) pushes the limits, while GLM-5.2 (high) strikes a strong balance between performance and token efficiency - MIT-licensed open weights - Same API pricing as GLM-5.1 Tech Blog: z.ai/blog/glm-5.2 Weights: huggingface.co/zai-org/GLM-5… API: docs.z.ai/guides/llm/glm-5.2 Coding Plan: z.ai/subscribe Chat: chat.z.ai

So Google has just released its own agent builder?! You can now add the agent block in Google Opal and "program it" in plain English. And it has natively: - Tool call (with Nano Banana, Veo, web search...) - Memory to save infos between sessions - Conditional logic Probably the easiest way to build AI agents I've seen so far.
Opal, our no-code visual builder for AI workflows, just got a major upgrade. 🧠💎 We’ve added a new agent step that analyzes your goal, determines the best approach, and automatically calls the right tools — such as Veo for video or web search for research — to complete the task. We’re also adding new tools to make the agent even more capable: 💾 Memory – Remember info, like a user’s name or your style preferences across sessions. 🚀 Dynamic Routing – Let the agent choose the next best step using the “@ Go to” tool. 💬 Interactive Chat – Initiate user interactions to gather missing information or present options before moving on. Try it now → opal.google

It’s pretty wild that the GOP can’t decide whether they’re going to run with the conspiracy theory that I’m secretly rich, or the exaggeration & mockery of my family’s struggle after my dad died during the financial crisis. Instead, they decide to defy logic and run with both.
