Dear @HaldiramSnacks, this seems spoilt with white layers (some fungus) on some pieces. Looks like you are taking shortcuts in production or supply chain. Not my first bad exp. I think @US_FDA should look into your quality checks, in case there are other complaints.

This is severely exacerbated by two forces: 1. People moving roles and organization. Makes it easier to leave problems in for the next one to take care of it. 2. Systems becoming increasingly complex and interlinked. Makes preventing problems expensive.

Too often we reward people who solve problems while ignoring those who prevent them in the first place. Instead of glorifying those who run around putting out fires, we need to create an organizational culture that empowers everyone to act responsibly at the first sign of smoke.

Yeah, John. Absolutely nailed it. It is shocking how many people, even in PM roles, don't understand/recognize this. It cannot be simple from day 1 of idea. It needs to be simple/useful for customers on day 1 of GTM. It needs to get simpler for business over iterations.

Hey @hbomax team, unable to reset password. Made 5 attempts. Steps followed: Rest passoword, get an email, provide new password, go to login page. Login fails with new password. It is a pity that you cannot get basics to work.

Plus one can buy any number of 'off the shelf' Covid testing kits in India and that too made by top companies. In US, I am getting only one kit on Amazon, to be delivered in 3 4 weeks. Ditto for masks and sanitizers - options and quality available in India is way ahead.

Wanted to take an RT PCR test. Called a local certified lab. An Anandbhai showed up at my home in about 6 minutes. Took the swabs. Said he will “PDF me results on my WhatsApp in abt 5 hours”. Rupees 550. Hats off India. Ma Tujhe Salaam.
Thanks for writing this up, @andrewchen. Have been following the release timeline and bought it on the release date. Often, print copy prices in India involve price skimming practices. Please work with Harper Business to keep the prices more accessible than is usual practice.
