#loveintheclouds ❤︎ #houminghao ☁︎ #luyuxiao ep34 - the kiss scenes that were deleted from the drama ———— Mingyi sheds tears. Mingyi: You forcefully opened the Lingxi Well for me — that’s why your Lihen Tian flared up again! Even the leeches that Situling used on you can’t suppress it! This is the choice you made, isn’t it? To exchange yourself for me? Ji Bozai: You actually believed a few words from Buxiu? You really think too much of yourself. Mingyi: If you keep saying one thing and meaning another, then I’ll trap the two of us together for eternity. Ji Bozai: (pretending to be impatient) Mingyi, what’s the point of this obsession? I have no interest in you anymore. I don’t want you — don’t you understand? Mingyi slams his hand against the wall beside Ji Bozai, cornering him. Mingyi: Whether you want me or not — what’s that got to do with me? Ji Bozai, listen to me. You’re planning to sacrifice yourself to the Devouring Heaven Formation, but I won’t let that happen. You might not be able to think of another way, but I can. I won’t let you face this alone. Ji Bozai: (stunned) What… Mingyi: Seeing you like this — it’s driving me mad. Ji Bozai, you’re still injured. You can’t break this seal. From now on, I decide what happens. I say I want you — so you’re staying by my side. Don’t even think about running. Ji Bozai freezes for a moment. Mingyi steps forward and kisses him. Mingyi forcefully kisses Ji Bozai, pushing him down onto the bed. At last, Ji Bozai softens and returns her kiss. ▪️— Suddenly, a tear falls from Mingyi’s eye, landing between their entwined lips. Ji Bozai freezes, pulling back slightly. He frowns gently, his heart softening as he reaches out to wipe the tear from her face. Mingyi (in anguish): What am I supposed to do with you? Are you insane? The last Huangliang Dream in this world — you gave it to me! Because of who I am… even if I never meant to, I dragged you into all this. And now you want to die yourself? What about me then? Am I supposed to go on living as if none of this ever happened? Tears continue to stream down Mingyi’s face. Ji Bozai hesitates for a moment, then reaches out to gently pat her head. Ji Bozai (softly): You can. You’re the war god who’s won seven years in a row — the rising sun that never falls. Once the Devouring Heaven Formation is destroyed, the Qingyun Tournament will regain its fairness. And with that fairness, you can once again fight for the top of the Six Realms — that position was always meant to be yours. You won’t be lonely in Jixing Abyss anymore — you have friends, and you’ll meet even more people. Maybe… you’ll even find a new love. You are Mingxian, heaven’s favored one — how could you let yourself waste away like this? Mingyi (crying in pain): I can’t! After what you’ve done — how could I possibly? I really want to hate you… for making such a choice and never telling me. We will find another way — one that doesn’t require anyone to die — and still destroy Zhushui Shenjun’s schemes. You’re not allowed to go anywhere… just stay with me… Ji Bozai hesitates, torn, but in the end he smiles faintly, wipes the tears from Mingyi’s face, and kisses her. The candlelight flickers.
