The War on Men: A One-Sided Witch Hunt Disguised as Psychology. Most “narcissist educators,” online voices, and therapists amplifying this narrative are women. It shows little to no gender difference (Grijalva et al., 2015; Weidmann et al., 2023).
Psychology itself is ~70% female. The conversation paints men as the main (often only) source of narcissistic harm—while staying almost silent on female narcissism.

Lifetime NPD rates: 7% men vs 5% women (Stinson et al., 2008).
Men score higher on grandiose narcissism; vulnerable narcissism shows little to no gender difference (Grijalva et al., 2015; Weidmann et al., 2023). ht into this are now facing the other side—loneliness and the quiet regret of treating half the population as the enemy.
Scripture warned us:“In the last days… people will be lovers of themselves… abusive… without self-control… treacherous… having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power.” (2 Timothy 3:1-5)
This is not mere bad psychology. It is a spiritual inversion—stripping men of dignity under the guise of “awareness.”The data is clear. The double standard is real. Both sexes are paying the price.

Cyber threats evolve faster than policies can adapt.
That’s why my PhD research led to the Adaptive Cyber Resilience Policy Model (ACRPM) — a framework that helps organizations align policy, behavior, and technology to respond dynamically to risk.

ACRPM recognizes that resilience isn’t just about tools — it’s about people and governance.
When culture, leadership, and policy move together, organizations withstand disruption far better than those relying solely on reactive defense.

To measure that “human layer” of compliance, I developed the Behavioral Compliance Aptitude Assessment (BCAA™) — a 60-question instrument that quantifies how ethics, adherence, and culture drive true resilience.

Both ACRPM and BCAA™ are now integrated into @Mile2Cyber training and leadership programs, bridging the gap between academic research and hands-on cybersecurity education.
