Our body doesn’t lie the last year I got sick (flu, gastro, allergy…) a bunch of times…and if you are an entrepreneur and think that it happens to you (I can say: there’s a solution) since December I decided to take care of my health deeply, and I haven’t gotten anything (so far) I just followed the simple protocol (will explain it later), btw, I traveled 20x this year, not getting sick with this routine is insane these last weeks I was more stressed than the last 11 months bc I decided to make @moic_digital 50x bigger and it has been hard for me not to think about it 24/7, it seems every plan/hypothesis that we get super excited about, we find a hole in the strategy a few days later (@renato_shira, my partner, has been a great ally during this journey, ty bro) coincidentally, this week my @WHOOP showed me higher stress and I wasn’t relaxing with these thoughts in my mind all the time, I caught the flu… So, here is my plan that was working and when I didn’t follow it, I immediately caught the flu: 1. Meditate every day - without exception when I wake up (my suggestion is the app from @SadhguruJV that @condzxyz recommended to me a year ago, Tks bro ❤️) 2. Study self knowledge, spirituality and concentration as much as I could (it helped to identify my stressed moments and control my mind) 3. I don’t drink alcohol when I’m traveling (and at home, rarely with my fiancée and friends) 4. Last meal before 7:30pm (whoop proved to me that late meals impacted my sleep severely) 5. Avoid gluten and dairy (it’s inflammatory) This week I didn’t control my stress (1 and 2). This is the most important for me tbh, stress is a disease that we have no idea about. So if you're getting sick, these advices worked incredibly well for me and I hope it can help you too 🙏🏼

Eu gosto de pensar de uma forma bem simples para entender o impacto do dólar no cotidiano (para quem não sabe estudei economia). E o jeito mais prático é assim: Combustível é negociado em dólar. Se o dólar sobe, o combustível fica mais caro e tudo fica mais caro simples. Inclusive 20-30% do preço do alimento que chega na sua casa é custo logístico. Se vc comia frango, vai se acostumando com o ovo, se comia ovo…é, melhor aprender inglês e ganhar em dólar
