Reorganised my folders yesterday. Broke 25 of my 31 @claudeai Code environments. Lesson: an environment isn’t just a shortcut. Its folder decides which CLAUDE.md rules load, which files Claude sees, and which memory it loads. Move the folder → Claude forgets the project.
