Today, rescheduling opponents filed a response to the DEA after Judge Julius gave them just hours to reply rather than the week or two allowed in earlier rounds. Julius must now decide whether to reopen the hearing or move toward a final recommendation. themarijuanaherald.com/2026/…

Update: briefing on the cannabis reopening motion closed today. The ALJ expedited the final reply “to avoid further delay.”
