IGP CHARGES COMMISSIONERS OF POLICE TO BE PEOPLE-FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL
The Inspector-General of Police (IGP) has charged Commissioners of Police (CPs) across the country to adopt a people-friendly approach to policing, emphasising accountability, respect for human rights and improved relations between the police and members of the public.
The IGP gave the directive during a virtual meeting with the police chiefs, urging them to ensure that officers under their commands discharge their duties with civility, discipline and respect for the rights and dignity of citizens. He stressed the need to strengthen public trust and confidence in the police through responsible conduct and effective service delivery.
He further urged the commissioners to promote a service-oriented policing culture that prioritises citizens’ welfare, responsiveness and accountability, while ensuring that law enforcement operations are conducted in accordance with established rules and regulations.

SpaceX is becoming a much bigger story than just rockets and Starlink, and its latest earnings highlight that shift.
The company reported $14.6B in Q3 revenue, with its AI business contributing around $7.6B. Starlink continues to provide recurring revenue, but AI infrastructure is clearly becoming a bigger part of the picture.
What stands out to me is the number of growth engines SpaceX is building at the same time. The bigger question now is whether it can scale this quickly without letting expansion costs get out of control.
Can SpaceX keep growing at this pace while maintaining long-term profitability?
