For such a reason, we intend to cancel this edition and perhaps search for another venue later on, in which case we will promptly advertise the event here. Fingers crossed!
As for the past two editions, we expected about 10-15 submissions, while only four arrived. A couple of authors retracted last minute, and several others submitted potentially relevant papers to the main track of @tpdl2022 (still under review).
Unfortunately, for unforeseen circumstances, the number of submissions did not meet our expectations by far this year, and we reckon that running the workshop nonetheless will not be the best option for anybody.

Well, that's unfortunate... but rejoice! @refreshworkshop could be a backup venue for your contribution. Let's take #scientometrics into the Digital Libraries community!
