John Smoltz continues to criticize Jacob Misiorowski because he can’t fathom the idea of someone being better than he ever was in just their second year of Major League Baseball.
He’s a deeply insecure man who can’t accept that someone is succeeding in a way that challenges his conventional ideas about pitching.
There is no analysis from Smoltz anymore, and there hasn’t been in a long time. It’s just projections from a grumpy old man yelling at clouds.

A lot of of praise rightfully being directed at how dominant the Brewers bullpen has been, but this postseason offence from them is just unbelievable too. Out-BABIPing and out-slugging every other postseason team, grinding ABs, passing the baton, and making all kinds of contact.
