The Cambodians seem like an amazing bunch of people - great bit of respect between both teams at full time.
Ireland have beaten Cambodia to finish ahead of England and seal top spot at the U15 World Cup🫡
Trailing 1-0 at half-time, the young Boys in Green fought back through a Conor Hudson brace and strikes from Nathan Power and Harry Rehill to complete an unbeaten group campaign.
A brilliant achievement from Graham Gartland’s side, who will discover their knockout-stage opponents later today.
What a week so far for these young Irish players.
Ireland 15s 1-0 down to Cambodia at half time. Big second half needed to turn it around and secure top spot.
Ireland U16 international Charlie Cummins is currently on trial at Sheffield United! ⚔️
The Drogheda United midfielder is spending the week with the Blades until Friday, linking up with their U16 and U18 sides.
Cummins became Drogheda’s youngest-ever first-team player when he made his debut in a friendly against Trabzonspor, and impressed on his Ireland U16 debut in victory over Wales earlier this year.
A very talented young midfielder and an exciting opportunity to show what he can do.
FOUR goals for Harry Rehill as Ireland defeat England 💫
The Shamrock Rovers youngster scored all four, including a first-half hat-trick, in an incredible individual display as Ireland claimed a hugely impressive win at the U15 World Cup.
The result moves Ireland one point ahead of England heading into their final group game against Cambodia today at 4:45pm. Victory would secure top spot and progression to Tier A.
Unfortunately, the game ended in difficult circumstances after an England player alleged that an Irish player had made a comment. The details remain unclear, and hopefully the matter can be clarified quickly. Ireland have been awarded the three points, leaving their hopes of topping the group firmly in their own hands.
Harry Rehill with an incredible first half hat-trick against England in the U15 World Cup 💫
Three goals of the highest order.
Harry Rehill has put Ireland 3-0 up against on the verge of half time. What a performance from the Boys in Green so far.
Harry Rehill has scored an absolute worldie to get his and Ireland’s second after 8 minutes. Ireland 2-0 England
Another two goals for Ike Orazi yesterday 💥
✅ Reims Révélations renoue avec la victoire !
Après le match nul concédé face à Marnaval le week-end dernier, le groupe Espoirs a réagi de la meilleure des manières (3-0).
🥅 Amine Kashi (4’), Ike Orazi (30’, 78’).

A moment of pure class from Josh Harpur in his brace against Frosinone’s U18s earlier today! 🎯
It’s been a superb start to life at Como for Harpur, who is now training full-time with the first team - the only player from the club’s youth setup currently doing so.
While that has limited some of his involvement in youth league games, it speaks volumes about how highly he is rated and the potential the club see in him.
Harpur has also featured heavily in behind-closed-doors friendlies during the international breaks, even getting on the scoresheet for the first team.
