Woo hoo, tearing up the asphalt.60km down for the second break of 8. Road's straight enough to twitter from the saddle too.
Getting snacks and supplies for tomorrow's epic:200km across the last desert we'll see till the Gobi
Out of the woods now! Apparently 5 cyclists had been robbed at gunpoint on the last stretch, so it was head down and spin for 30km
Feels like we'll never get going today, wandering the streets of Trujillo looking for new chains etc.
How do you retweet??? that last one was supposed to read from @averylongwalk
RT @revolutioncycle I miss those days on the road SO much. Any meal not cooked on the side of the road qualifies as decedant!

Wow, organising the give-away of the century with @bubblebrothers to celebrate our crossing the equator on the 2nd of June. Not 2 B missed!

Just arrived in Trujillo after 140km, spent the last hour dueling with taxis and buses and avoiding potholes and open manholes in the dark.
oops, as it's saturday we decided to treat ourselves to beer with lunch, one too many, now we still have 40km left to do
