"You are in an island with exactly 100 humans. A 60-vial set is provided to you, which will save the life of the people, 1 per person. All vials expire in 4 hours.
If not administered, people will die.
Tell exactly who you will administer to, and why." - I got this q paper.
Is expressing disgust for AI slop a telltale sign of ageing past 50? #AskingForAFriend

The first thing every founder asks us is how long the MVP will take. It's usually less time than they expect, as long as they're ruthless about what goes into v1.
Here's the 2026 breakdown. 👇

AI made v1 cheap. It didn't make month 6 cheap.
Refunds, roles, edge cases, uptime, the feature your biggest customer needs by Friday. That's where most products break.
After 100+ products at NFN Labs, that's the part we obsess over, so founders can focus on the business.
Absofuckinglutely. Well said.
Go to the hotel. Expect certain level of tidiness. Pay. Use. Get the fuck out. Thanks.
Hotels are a superior vacation experience specifically because the relationship is transactional. I pay and they provide a clean room and hospitality. If I need something, there’s a front desk to provide. Nobody has to pretend we’re friends, nobody has to do unpaid labor, and everyone understands this arrangement. Honestly, my favorite hotel amenity is not having to speak to the landlord. I would pay extra for a hotel specifically to avoid the experience of communicating with an Airbnb host. I am not interested in subsidizing somebody's mortgage in exchange for the privilege of washing their dishes before I leave. Give me the most aggressively average hotel in America every single time.
