Wheelchair rugby - what a sport and what a result for #ParalympicsGB #ParalympicsTokyo2020
Still feels liberating that some events are back again and @Hantshoppit was fantastic. The finish line beer was particularly motivating.
A family affair @Hantshoppit yesterday. @rich_usher and I ran the half with our son Robbie & Uncle Jamie did the marathon. Loved it! No single-use plastic, & so well organised to be both covid safe and friendly. Can’t wait to come back next year. Thanks to all organisers!
Enjoyed being the mysterious screen sharer this morning - timely and valuable work with @LocalTrust on mental health in the community.
Our vision for a great learning experience @ #MentalHealth Learning co-design session. Great to see the ‘postcard activity’ translate into a virtual activity! Thanks all incl. @LocalTrust @NatureNurture_ @Ellzmum @Wewillcampaign @graemefancourt @DebatingMH @rich_usher @MazzaSW
Excited to share the ‘making of’ Just Idea’’s review of 2019. Thank you @NatureNurture_ #Vimeo vimeo.com/377875615?ref=tw-s…

I would reply with a scene of Autumnal skies in Reading from Just Ideas HQ but I’ll leave that to your imagination...
A change from the norm - Just Ideas’ @helengarforth is lucky enough to be working with @CaplorHorizons and @UnitedPurpose in Gambia this week. Most unexpected sight today has been sheep washing in the Atlantic.... with @jonseygr

Another #leafadventure today - off to @WychwoodFest on a suitably tropical day for the Kwassa Kwassa sound system with @SimonAStarling!
Challenging and exciting day for @HelenGarforth and @rich_usher with the @CaplorHorizons family exploring unconscious bias. And a lovely walk up a hill afterwards - what a treat. Thanks @Caplor_Energy for use of your #EV top up for our @justevs_ Leaf!
