Instead of NA fans being mad at the Brazilian team and Brazilian fans being mad at the NA team, everyone should be mad that in 2026 in a multi-million dollar esport we are still having incredibly important tournaments completely ruined by technical issues.
The teams and players invest hundreds of hours and many thousands of dollars for one shot to make their dreams come true and all of that effort is being thrown away because not enough time and care is being taken to ensure that things like this don't happen.
Flaming either team is such a stupid use of your anger when neither team should have been in this situation to begin with. The pressure should be directed towards ensuring this stuff cannot happen again.
Companies, Orgs AND players are going to be justifiably hesitant to invest their time and money into Valorant if that investment can just go up in flames due to bad quality control.

Ok, now ill comment on this. So i got my first ever coms ban, first ever anything type ban in 4 years of playing this game. I played on an alt account for premier to play in playoffs since with the dire state of tier 2/3 and with no riot support of tier 2/3 we all just said fuck it and played anyways. Fast forward, we won premier invite, they dq the team and I was like ok fine, we get it. Now when signing up for the open qualifier I'm still not allowed to play. I don’t get this. I got a coms ban for 1 day, a ban that expired on 10/20/24. I can play ranked again with no issues, but i'm still competitively banned from anything in the riot circle?!?!? I’ve seen pro players say full on slurs on LIVE VCT OFFICIAL streams. I’ve seen challenger players get chat banned and still compete in their season, but somehow this is appropriate punishment. The inconsistency in these is crazy to me, someone please make this make sense. The fact that all of this is happening silently is crazy to me.
