@BristolUni how is this fair? My nephew meet the conditional offer grades for an engineering course and yet you did not give him an offer. He called up & u told him because the course was oversubscribed they gave it to others who exceeded the marks. He met all of the conditions

The conditional offer is a legally binding contract @BristolUni and hence surely this is a breach of contract

How much Dog Awareness do you have @RoyalMail. When you don’t need a signature for a delivery - why Ring the Bell and Knock on the door? Is this for good measure to enrage the dog? 🐶. Could you ask your GU15 team to stop this please!

Applied for my postal vote via @Surreyheath 10 days who. Never received it. No response from the council or its Senior Democratic Services Officer. Denied our democratic rights! #ElectionJuly4

@MartinSLewis why is the #Solar power #export #tariff something like 5p per kWH - if the price cap is around 55p per kWH? Should suppliers not be forced to pay more?

@ofgem could you explain why the #solar export tariff has not risen at the ridiculous rate you have set the electricity price cap to?
Dr Rishi Shah retweeted
To those who, like me, think the increases in the last price cap's standing charges were disproportionate (& a moral hazard as those cutting usage see less & less gain). I'm afraid even after much lobbying @ofgem has effectively mooted its unlikely to reverse this tomorrow.

Tragic news The latest @CornwallInsight prediction, based on Ofgem's new methodology, is an 81% price cap rise in Oct (taking typical bill to £3,582/yr) and a further 19% in Jan (so £4,266/yr) Action & planning is needed now. The zombie govt needs wake up sooner than 5 Sept...

@SJDAccountancy Since your cyber attack on the 14th of January - you have still not been able to recover from this, recover the portal which contains personal information about your clients - BUT you have been able to take regular monthly payments without a discount....1/2

@ICOnews Surely under Article 32; Security of Processing - you should be looking to @SJDAccountancy as thousands of small businesses have lost access to their own information.
My wife has started a small business - amazing home cooked Indian food - order by Wednesday for collection on Friday. #lovecamberley #Camberley #indianfood Fridaykitchen.co.uk
Got a call from @Vitality_UK trying to follow up with a car insurance online quote when i had not given any permission for them to contact me. I was told by the call handler that Vitality automatically assumes that the permission seeking an insurance quote is prepared... 1/2

@Vitality_UK so the GP app now requires me to prove I am the parent of my daughter after 10 years of paying Vitality. Yet there is a known problem with the app that won’t accept any document proof. I am now being told I cannot access the private GP service and need to go to the…

…NHS instead because Vitality’s App does not work. @BupaUK @avivaplc do you do this to your paying customers?
#AskJVT @BBCBreakfast I am currently in Kenya having to look after my mother. Simple things like mandatory mask wearing & social distancing is the norm here - but you can see that it works and it has become a way of life. Why is the UK so against these simple & effective methods?

⁦@HSBC_UK⁩ I have called so very many times but nobody at HSBC Premier can fix this so that I can get access to my pin abroad for a medical emergency. After being with HSBC for nearly 30 years - this is the most pathetic response ever - even when lives are at stake.

Just to be clear - there is no power of attorney or mandate on my account. @HSBC_UK @HSBC refuse to help after several calls to them.

I got served this large panini (not) on a long haul flight with @British_Airways. Looks like somebody ate the other 3/4 of it before serving. Do you serve such small quantities @emirates @VirginAtlantic???

@TheRACshop arranged for a battery fitting today. Received an email stating fitting would be at 10:00. It is now 12:00 and no way to call anybody to check. Can you advice?

What is amazing is that the RAC is blaming COVID for not just transferring the people home who I could have called - they are blaming it for actually shutting it down totally
