Matisse Thybulle said one of the "coolest" things about this Lakers team has been having "so many defensive-minded players". When asked about the defensive players inspiring each other, he mentioned Collin Sexton, who made his Lakers debut tonight, as a player who "invigorated the game with more energy".

I’ve spent a few days thinking about the Tesla Roadster reveal and landed somewhere I haven’t seen much discussion. I’m neither a Tesla fanboy nor a Tesla hater. And I couldn’t care less whether what we saw technically qualifies as a flying car. Three takeaways: (1) The risk of that live demonstration going horribly wrong was real. Almost no CEO would willingly expose their company to that kind of public humiliation for a product with so little financial upside. Elon did. (2) That willingness to attempt the seemingly impossible is what makes Tesla special. It’s also arguably Elon’s greatest contribution to America. He’s helped bring back something we’ve lost. The American spirit of chasing big scary ideas that most people think are impossible. That mindset is spreading across a new generation of founders and its long term impact on America’s future could dwarf anything Tesla ever sells. I think this is deeply underappreciated. (3) Can we just acknowledge how insanely cool that moment was? We’ve reached a strange place culturally where even extraordinary feats of human ingenuity immediately become arguments about why they don’t count. Not everything needs to be a debate. Sometimes we should just be able to stand back together and marvel at what humans are capable of. I’ve been both bullish and critical of Tesla’s ambitions over the years. But watching Elon and his team push the boundaries of what’s possible reminds me why I’m glad we have him. Whether the Roadster ever makes Tesla a dollar or impacts $TSLA stock price is almost beside the point. We need more people willing to risk failure in pursuit of things the rest of us think are impossible. Because when they succeed we all win.

Dear @XMoney @elonmusk why can't we have recurring deposits to our accounts? I would like to put money into my kids savings accounts automatically on a monthly basis.

Elon Musk in new upcoming interview says AI and robots will need to fix the deficit: "There's no way we were gonna solve the deficit from within the government. The only way we're going to solve the national debt is with AI and robots. We're not gonna solve it by trying to save our way there. The appetite to cut spending is not there at the presidency, the House, the Senate or the judiciary. Basically, no one in authority in the government whatsoever — with maybe a few rare exceptions. Maybe if the president made that his primary goal, we could do that. If you try to solve the deficit and stop wasteful spending, you make a lot of enemies. President Trump likes to be liked. He doesn't like people calling him, being upset about ... some funding being stopped. I kinda got carried away, basically and was gone for too long from my companies. What I should have done was be more in the background ... and probably only had it last for a month or two. I should have gone back and focused on AI a little sooner than I did." The full podcast interview with Walter Isaacson drops this Tuesday.
Walter Isaacson will be releasing a new podcast interview with Elon Musk on Tuesday.

AOC is looking dead into the camera and essentially telling people not to believe their lying eyes.. She’s either delusional or manipulative. Neither one is good. This is why I don’t trust these people.

Old friends are the best friends. Jensen rocks. The Star Mind computer being co-engineered by SpaceX and Nvidia is far better than almost anyone expects and will reach volume production next year. Working with the incredibly talented Nvidia engineering team is pure joy!
Jensen Huang says he loves working with Elon Musk, and reveals their engineering teams are designing a new type of server to put data centers in space “I’m delighted that I love working with Elon. He’s using our technology for his own AI in training models and such, deploying models, of course." "Grok Bot is super cool. The demand for Grok Bot, the consumption for Grok Bot is really skyrocketing. And then, of course, he rents it." "And so the combination of these three things, he’s fairly unique in doing that. I guess Google does that. That would be yet another example." "And so I think he also has the advantage that he loves the intersection between computing and the physical buildouts. He loves that whole area. Nobody knows more about energy than he does." "One particular new market that we’re going to go explore together is putting data centers out in space. Our two engineering teams are working super closely together to create a new type of server, a new type of architecture that might be super good in space and on Earth.”
