It was Sandpiper central at Black Hole Marsh Seaton Wetlands today, This Pectoral Sandpiper ventured a bit closer to the hide for a short time for all to see. Also Wood Sandpiper, Osprey and Barn Owl. Lots of birding friends too 😁.

A trip up to Eastleach in Gloucestershire for the Long-tailed Shrike was well worth it. A lovely bird to watch for a couple of hours. Many thanks to the finder and the farmer for a well organised twitch.

A great morning on Dartmoor started off with great views of a Hoopoe, followed by 2 Common Redstarts, 2 Wheatear and a Cuckoo. A nice catch up with fellow birders too 😊👍.
