This was the source of the first septal in a prospective series of HCM patients on table for ASA, since then we have had septal last originating from the right coronary artery and aortic root directly without traditional parent epicardial vessel. CT helps to plan for ASA

Hi Matt, this was the source of the first septal in non-HCM patients in a feasibility CT study, LAD2 was a large parallel second LAD.
